She has had an interest in drawing since she was a little girl, always having a pencil in her hand. With a wide range of skills and knowledge, Paris will capture your loved ones from a photo.
She has had the honour of achieving a wide range of awards during her art career, starting at age 11 with being in the top 32 out of 26,000 entries nationwide for the doodle 4 Google competition, to winning the CHARTchibald 2025/2026 portrait prizes.

Why this drawing?
This drawing is of my Scottish Fold, Diddle, who passed away in January of 2024. Diddle had been my best friend since I was 3, we were inseparable. A couple months after she passed, I bought myself my first tin of pastel pencils, and decided to use them on a memorial portrait for her. This is that portrait - and the first ever attempt at using this medium.
I didn’t realise before how much a memorial portrait can help with healing and grieving the loss of your best friend. Years later, almost every portrait I do is in the memory of a lost loved one, and i’m honoured to be apart of their healing journey…
and it all started with Diddle.
